Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject (the "Subject"), by ticking the box in the corresponding field on the website, in a web form or in another digital service of Individual Entrepreneur Anna Vladimirovna Keller (TIN (INN) 661404240879, OGRNIP 326965800259498) (the "Operator") when filling in and submitting a request/feedback form, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator this specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1.1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

2.1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:

3. Purposes of processing personal data

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

handling incoming requests from feedback forms;

4.1. In the course of processing, the following actions may be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, changing); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties

5.1. The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of handling incoming requests from feedback forms, including to ensure the operation of web forms and the Operator's information systems and the storage of personal data on the territory of the Russian Federation, in the cases and to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose of processing or expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Term of consent

6.1. The processing of personal data begins from the moment it is provided and continues until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Procedure for withdrawing consent

7.1. The Subject may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator at the email address kellerdimka@gmail.com marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data", or to the Operator's postal address.

7.2. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the personal data (unless there are other legal grounds for processing) and destroys it within the periods provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Operator's internal regulations.

8. Rights of the subject

8.1. The personal data subject has the right to demand that the Operator clarify, block or destroy their personal data, and to exercise other rights provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
